What: McGraw-Hill Construction's 73rd Annual Outlook 2012 Executive Conference is a forum for construction and economic leaders, professionals, and media to listen to perspectives from across the industry about trends and forecasts for the coming year. Media representatives are invited to attend and conduct interviews with the prestigious speakers and those in the 300-person audience to gain insights into 2012. With relentless headwinds of declining home prices, cutbacks in federal and state spending, and deteriorating job growth, will the overall degree of construction activity transition from this sluggish decline to a rejuvenated expansion? This year, the event will also host a media panel featuring reporters from Reuters, Bloomberg, Barron's, and Washington Technology. Outlook 2012 is expected to attract more than 300 attendees from building product manufacturing, design and architectural, contracting, engineering, and industry association firms.
