Project Planning, Organization, Execution and Control for A/E Professionals is a 2-day, highly interactive, program where you learn effective techniques to initiate, plan and control your projects. You will spend your time sharing ideas, working in small groups, and applying new tools and techniques to your current projects.

This program develops the skills needed to build a realistic and robust project plan. The course shows how to balance the triple constraint issues of scope, cost and time with other project imperatives such as quality, risk and stakeholder satisfaction. Other topics include defining the role of project manager, building a strong team and communicating project information to stakeholders. Participants also develop the skills and knowledge required to implement their project plan, learn progress measurement techniques, status reporting and managing scope changes.

This program is specifically designed for Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Leaders, Team Leaders, Project Team Members of architecture, engineering, planning, environmental consulting, and construction businesses.
