Managing Principal Kirk Marchand, P.E.; Senior Principal David Stevens, Ph.D., P.E.; and Senior Principal Charles J. Oswald, Ph.D., P.E., have announced the formation of Protection Engineering Consultants—specialists in blast-resistant structural design and analysis, weapons effects, explosive safety, and protective design for people, systems, and the built environment. The firm’s office is located in Spring Branch, Texas.
Jimmy Lim has joined Chicago-based, structural engineering firm Halvorson and Partners as a senior project engineer. He was previously a senior project engineer with A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc.
