O’Donnell & Naccarato (O&N)—a 90-member consulting engineering and professional project management firm headquartered in Philadelphia—announced the appointment of James J. Cardillo to regional director. He will oversee and manage O&N’s Lehigh V alley office, located in Bethlehem, Pa. Cardillo has more than 20 years of experience in structural analysis, including investigation and forensic engineering, and he serves on the board of directors of the Lehigh V alley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. Educated at Manhattan College, he received a bachelor of engineering degree, as well as earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from Cornell University.
The Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI), Schaumburg, Ill., appointed Robert J. Risser, Jr., president of the organization. In his new position, Risser is responsible for the daily operations of CRSI, as well as for directing its future growth. Risser previously was executive director and CEO of the Michigan Concrete Paving Association.

Fradua, P.E., is executive vice president and a managing partner of the Roslyn Heights, N.Y. office; and Pericles C. Stivaros, Ph.D., P.E., is vice president at the Roslyn Heights, N.Y. office. FKC provides structural engineering services, façade and roofing design services, forensic engineering, and construction management services.
