DEAA inducts Patricia Coleman, P.E., of Thornton Tomasetti  

IOWA CITY, IOWA — The University of Iowa College of Engineering has chosen Patricia Coleman, P.E., a principal of Thornton Tomasetti, for induction into the Distinguished Engineering Alumni Academy (DEAA).

Nominees for the award must have made distinguished contributions to engineering theory and practice, managed an organization that has made noteworthy contributions to design, construction and production, or contributed exceptional service to their community, the College of Engineering, or their profession.

Coleman shows exceptional leadership in and service to the profession. Ms. Coleman, who is based in Thornton Tomasetti’s Dallas office, will receive the award for her “exceptional leadership in and service to the profession,” stated the College of Engineering.
