Roger Stanley rejoins Parsons Brinckerhoff 

PHILADELPHIA – Roger B. Stanley has been named a senior supervising engineer in the Philadelphia office of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization.

In his new position, Mr. Stanley will serve as manager of the Philadelphia office’s structural department, directing the execution of bridge inspection, rehabilitation and replacement projects.

Mr. Stanley has more than 30 years of structural engineering experience, including five years with PB during 1985-1990. He has managed projects for such clients as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Delaware River Port Authority, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission and West Virginia Department of Transportation.

Mr. Stanley holds an M.S. in civil engineering from Drexel University and a B.S. in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware. He has authored five steel bridge-related papers presented to national bridge conferences or printed in leading industry trade publications.
