Shapiro and Duncan announces office expansion 

ROCKVILLE, M.d. – Shapiro and Duncan, dedicated to providing cutting edge mechanical solutions – including pre-construction, construction, design-building, fabrication, installation and maintenance services that provide and promote every step of the building process announced the expansion of their office.

President and CEO, Sheldon Shapiro, stated, “We are working hard to be strategic in our growth and want to make sure that we continue to provide our customers with a high quality level of customer service and insight. This starts with having a highly capable team and an effective work environment that nurtures productivity and innovation and that will ultimately assist Shapiro & Duncan with future growth.”

Shapiro & Duncan executed the new expansion to assist their growing team with being more productive and efficient when working together and to allow more of their employees to work from the same location. The new 1,700-square-foot space includes six new Project Manager Offices, six new Assistant Manager work areas, and an additional conference room. The new space has also been designed to allow the team to utilize their ASI controls and provide the Human Resources department with their own work area. This newly expanded facility will also allow Shapiro & Duncan, to increase their estimating efforts and the number of projects they bid on each week, while continuing to be the long-lasting leading mechanical solutions provider in the D.C. metro area.
