HOUSTON — Walter P Moore has chosen Ryan Seckinger, P.E., as the 2010 recipient of its prestigious “Javier F. Horvilleur Outstanding Young Engineer Award.”

Named in honor and memory of Javier F. In presenting the award, Temple stated: “Ryan Seckinger personifies our next generation of young leaders. Our firm’s future is in excellent hands.”
